Panic and anxiety disorders have similar symptoms to other disorders but can vary in severity. Panic disorders are generally classified according to how severe and frequent they are. It may be the worry or fears that accompany these disorders that cause them to suffer for the anxious person. If anxiety is limited to certain situations, it would probably be classified as a specific phobia. However, anxiety disorders are not limited to specific anxiety situations.

Some anxious people have trouble becoming anxious when thinking about specific situations, such as:
- Felt pressure
- Felt worried
- Feeling embarrassed
- Feeling nervous
- Fearing something bad happened

Panic disorder is a disorder that is not only associated with anxiety.
When an anxious person has a panic attack, it is usually a more severe and extreme form of anxiety that can cause an extremely dangerous level of distress. When someone suffers a panic attack, it will cause the individual to feel the following symptoms:
- Body aches
- Feel sick
- Feel dizzy
- Feeling as if he/she needs to vomit.
- Feeling extreme discomfort in his/her chest.
- Having breathing difficulties
- In severe panic attacks, people can experience the following symptoms:
- Falling to the ground
- Grabbing for a pillow
- Throwing up
- Feeling as if there is no air in their chest.
- Feeling like they are suffocating.
Signs of anxiety disorders include:
A reluctance to participate in activities that cause anxiety can cause a person to experience a panic attack that has nothing to do with anxiety, disorders with other disorders that cause panic can also produce a panic attack.
Anxiety can occur at other times, but it is much more common during the following situations:
- Observing people that do not normally frighten the anxious individual.
- Saying goodbye to an anxious family member who is going to move out of state.
- Say goodbye to an anxious friend.
- To Saying goodbye to a person who is likely to be anxious.
- Have a conversation with an anxious person.
- Having conversations with an anxious person.
- Having conversations with someone who is supposed to be anxious.
Panic or anxiety-related disorders can also cause a person to avoid being around people with symptoms of the disorder. If someone with an anxiety disorder feels nervous around a person with panic disorder, they are probably suffering from anxiety and panic disorder. If someone is experiencing panic disorder symptoms when someone else has an anxiety disorder, one person’s anxiety can cause a panic attack in the other person.
Another possibility is that anxiety causes a person to avoid situations that he/she feels anxious about.
Anxiety, panic disorders, anxiety disorders without panic, and anxiety disorders without depression can cause severe distress to a person, causing them to suffer from the following symptoms:
- Increased heart rate
- Increased breathing
- Fainting or passing out
- Fear of being alone or dying
- Social Anxiety Disorder
People with social anxiety disorder can suffer from the following symptoms:
- Persistent fears of meeting new people
- Becoming very anxious when speaking in front of a group of people
- Becoming anxious when doing things that other people typically enjoy
- Feeling as if a friend will dislike him/her if he/she spends any time with that person.
- Feeling anxious when talking to strangers.
Anxiety disorders that cause depression can also cause depression in the depressed person. Depression can cause anxiety disorders to make the depressive person feel sad or depressed. Depression is also closely associated with suicide, which is the most lethal of all mental illnesses. Panic disorders can also be connected with mental disorders, depression, panic disorder depression, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
It can cause the depressed person to feel depressed, which can cause mental disorders to become worse. Anxiety disorders are very serious, and if a person has depression, they should seek help from a psychiatrist to determine why they are depressed.
